Tip :- Squeeze half a lemon to hot green tea, it will help to reduce phlegm when you are feeling unwell.



2 Raw Ginger : Raw ginger wards of the feeling of nausea that often accompanies influenza.

Tip :- Add grated ginger to water and boil in for few mins. Once it in done, add honey and #turmeric to it and drink to relive you cough and cold.

Tip :- Mince e cloves of garlic . Mix olive oil, salt, pepper and few fresh herbs and spread it on your food.
