Tea is a great way to wind-up , to feel fresh or even feel alive for some people.

If you follow me on social media or have consulted me , you might know I am not a fan of "Fit-teas" gimmick that acts like weight loss is some miracle. It is not a true claim there is no magic or instant solution to weight loss.

Don't get me wrong, I love teas and modern science has begun to find evidence supporting some of the traditional use of herbal teas as well.

Herbal teas have been around for ancient years in India.

Below is the list of some delicious tea the you can incorporate in your daily life:

Chamomile Tea: Know for its calming properties. Studies have shown patients suffering from insomnia have found marginal improvement in waking up during the nights, time to fall asleep and day time functioning after consuming chamomile tea.

Chamomile tea is even believed to have anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory properties.

Ginger Tea: Ginger tea is definitely one of my favourite that i like to add to my routine. It is spicy and flavourful drink but thats not it. It is packed with bunch of health benefit. Ginger tea helps in fight inflammation and stimulates immune system. It also relives indigestion and constipation. Also, ginger tea is shown results in helping easing and relieving period pain in females.
